As PJ and Maureen Heffernan close the doors of Off the Square after 27 years, we in Naomh Feichín GAA would like to say a heartfelt thank you for the incredible support and hospitality they have shown our club over the years.
Off the Square was always a welcoming place for Naomh Feichín, with PJ and Maureen regularly feeding our teams before and after games. Their generosity was never about expecting anything in return — they simply wanted to support the club and the community.
PJ has also given his time to the club through his involvement in juvenile training, while his sons Fionn and Oisín have both been involved with our teams.
Their kindness and generosity, right up until the very day Off the Square closed, will be remembered and greatly appreciated.
